Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.

These are estimates. Delivery can sometimes take longer during busy sale periods and public holidays, because of carrier or customs delays, or if the delivery address is incomplete.

Shipping within Australia

We offer free shipping across Australia, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Depending on the item and where you live, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post, a local delivery partner or an international shipping partner. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you the tracking details where available, so you can follow your parcel.

Before placing your order, please take a moment to check that your name, street address, suburb and postcode are correct.

Spotted a mistake? Email us as soon as possible at info@sarahcloset.com and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has been prepared or sent, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Has your order not arrived yet?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please don't worry. Get in touch and we'll look into it for you. Please include:

  • your full name
  • your order number (you'll find this in your order confirmation email)
  • the email address you used when ordering
